1. About Our Products
Smart Tayyari exclusively sells digital products — PDF study notes and bundles. There is no physical delivery involved. All purchases are delivered digitally and instantly.
2. How Delivery Works
- Purchase: Complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
- Instant Access: Within seconds of payment confirmation, your notes are added to your account
- Email Confirmation: You receive an order confirmation email with details
- Download: Go to Dashboard → My Library to read or download your notes

After purchase, access your notes anytime from:
- 🖥️ Desktop: Login → Dashboard → My Library
- 📱 Mobile: Same steps work on mobile browser
- ⬇️ Download: Download PDF for offline reading
- 👁️ Read Online: Use our built-in PDF reader — no app needed
Your purchased notes remain accessible in your account permanently — there is no expiry date.
5. Delivery Failure / Not Received
If you have paid but cannot access your notes:
- Wait 5 minutes and refresh your Dashboard
- Check your email for order confirmation
- Clear browser cache and login again
- If still not resolved, email us at support@smarttayyari.com with your payment receipt
We resolve all delivery issues within 4 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM IST).
6. Internet Requirement
An internet connection is required to access and download notes. Once downloaded, PDFs can be read offline. We recommend downloading notes shortly after purchase as a backup.
7. No Physical Shipping
Smart Tayyari does not ship any physical products. All products are digital and delivered electronically. Therefore, no shipping charges are applied to any purchase.
