Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Smart Tayyari sells digital products (PDF notes and bundles). Since digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and content creators.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We offer a full refund in the following cases:

• ✅ Corrupted/Unreadable file: The PDF cannot be opened or is corrupted
• ✅ Wrong content: The notes delivered are significantly different from what was described
• ✅ Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same notes twice
• ✅ Technical failure: Payment deducted but access not granted (contact us within 24 hours)
• ✅ Quality issue: Content is incomplete, has major errors, or is not as described

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in these cases:

• ❌ You changed your mind after downloading the notes
• ❌ You didn't read the course description before purchasing
• ❌ You found free alternatives elsewhere
• ❌ The notes didn't help you pass the exam (we cannot guarantee exam outcomes)
• ❌ Refund requested after 7 days of purchase
• ❌ Free notes (they are already free)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1. Email us at support@smarttayyari.com within 7 days of purchase
2. Subject line: Refund Request — [Order Number]
3. Include: Order number, purchase date, and reason for refund
4. If applicable, attach a screenshot showing the issue

5. Refund Processing

• We will review your request within 2 business days
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days
• For UPI payments, refunds may take up to 3–5 business days
• For credit/debit cards, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

Since notes are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, cancellations are not possible after a successful transaction. If you have any concerns before purchasing, please contact us at support@smarttayyari.com.
